Human Behaviour and Communication Skills

1:1 sessions or group workshop

How many times have you found yourself getting frustrated with another person? This may be because that person's behaviour seems odd to you, or they are unable to understand what you have said/asked, and their response is not what you would have said or done.

This comes to human behaviour and how we think, process, feel and react differently.

In order to effectively communicate and build meaningful relationships with those around us, we must be able to first understand our own behaviour. How we react and how we are perceived. We must also be aware of the differences in other people's behaviour so we can be less triggered by other people’s reactions that are different from ours and adapt our delivery, verbally and non-verbally to help the others understand our feelings and wishes.

Lessons are available face to face and over Zoom.
Please get in touch if you have any questions and to find out about pricing.
