Terms of use for Public Speaking Course

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to and govern your access to and use of Cambridgeshire Elocution Online products and services, including without limitation all mobile and internet applications, audio and video demonstrations, software and associated documentation owned and operated by Cambridgeshire Elocution.

Please read these terms carefully before using or subscribing to a Cambridgeshire Elocution Online service. These terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and Cambridgeshire Elocution. You must read and agree to these terms and conditions before using a Cambridgeshire Elocution Online service. By checking a box indicating that you accept these terms, or by accessing or using a Cambridgeshire Elocution Online service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Subscription to use Cambridgeshire Elocution Online services

By accepting these Terms and upon successfully subscribing and registering for a Cambridgeshire Elocution Online service, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, not exclusive licence to access and use the relevant service for your own private, non-commercial use, solely for personal learning and entertainment purposes.

Third-party access to Cambridgeshire Elocution Online services

You warrant that you will not use Cambridgeshire Elocution Online services for any commercial purposes, or allow any other person to access your chosen Cambridgeshire Elocution Online services. You specifically agree not to sell, lease or rent access to Cambridgeshire Elocution Online services or content, or otherwise transfer any rights to use the service. You agree not to distribute, stream or otherwise share any video or written content published as part of Cambridgeshire Elocution's online services.

Payment of subscription fee

If your access and use of the Cambridgeshire Elocution Online service requires the payment of a subscription fee, your licence to access and use the Cambridgeshire Elocution Online service is for the limited period of time specified in your purchase. Cambridgeshire Elocution may suspend or terminate your access and use of the service if you fail to pay the required fee applicable to the terms of your purchase.

Cooling-off period

By subscribing to a Cambridgeshire Elocution Online service, you accept that there is no cooling-off period following the successful payment of your monthly or annual subscription. No refund will be offered in the event that you wish to terminate or cancel your subscription early.

Termination of, or cancellation of, a subscription

If you notify us of your wish to terminate or cancel your subscription to Cambridgeshire Elocution Online services, you will continue to have online access to our services until midnight on the final day of your monthly or annual contract term. This access will continue regardless of when within your contract term you notify us of your intent to terminate or cancel your subscription.

Termination of payment for a monthly subscription

If you subscribe to a monthly service from Cambridgeshire Elocution Online, payment will continue to be debited from your nominated account each month, until such a time as you notify us in writing at info@cambridgeshireelocution.com of your request to terminate your subscription. Your access to all Cambridgeshire Elocution Online resources will be blocked from midnight on the final day of your monthly contract term, and no further payment will be debited from your account. Any payments made to Cambridgeshire Elocution for the monthly subscription is non refundable.

Termination of payment for an annual subscription

If you subscribe to an annual service from Cambridgeshire Elocution Online, you will be subject to a one-off payment for this service from your nominated account. No further payment will be debited from your account, and your subscription will not be automatically renewed each year, unless you notify us in writing at info@cambridgeshireelocution.com of your wish to renew your subscription. Your access to all Cambridgeshire Elocution Online resources will be blocked from midnight on the final day of your annual contract term, and no further payment will be taken from your account. Any payments made to Cambridgeshire Elocution for the annual subscription is non refundable.

Changes to Cambridgeshire Elocution Online services

Cambridgeshire Elocution reserves the right, and its sole discretion, without incurring any liability to you, to update, improve, replace, modify and alter any part of any Cambridgeshire Elocution Online service. If you object to any such changes, your sole recourse will be to cease access to the Cambridgeshire Elocution Online service.

Privacy of bank details

Your online security is important to Cambridgeshire Elocution. For this reason, all remuneration for Cambridgeshire Elocution Online services will be made via PayPal, and we will at no point have access to your personal bank details during any transactions you make.

Security

We will take reasonable steps to help ensure the safety of any login information or personal information required from you to access our services. However, you agree and accept that such steps do not guarantee that the Cambridgeshire Elocution Online services are invulnerable to all security breaches or immune from viruses, Trojans, malware, security threats or other vulnerabilities.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password you provide or are provided with during the registration process, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree not to share your password with any other person, and you agree to immediately notify Cambridgeshire Elocution of any unauthorised use of your password or email address, or of any other breach of security relating to the Cambridgeshire Elocution Online services. We reserve the right to require you to change your password for network security reasons.

You agree that when choosing a username or password for Cambridgeshire Elocution online services that they will be unique to Cambridgeshire Elocution online services and not used on any other services.

Outcomes of using Cambridgeshire Elocution Online services

Cambridgeshire Elocution Online offers no certification of achievement upon the completion of an online service term. Cambridgeshire Elocution Online services also offer no guarantees or promised outcomes for accent reduction from the use of our online services.

Intellectual property rights

Cambridgeshire Elocution owns all rights, title and interest in and to the Cambridgeshire Elocution Online services and all of its content, features and functionality. You may own the media on which elements of our services are delivered to you, but no right, title or interest in or to the Cambridgeshire Elocution Online service is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Cambridgeshire Elocution.

If you suggest new content, features or functionality that Cambridgeshire Elocution, in its sole discretion, incorporates into the Cambridgeshire Elocution Online service, they will be the sole and exclusive property of Cambridgeshire Elocution and you hereby waive and release all rights and claims to the same.

Termination and suspension

You agree and accept that Cambridgeshire Elocution may, with or without notice, suspend, terminate or limit your right to access and use of our services if you violate any applicable law or regulation or fail to comply with any provision of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time. Any such amendment will be effective following either our dispatch of a notice to you or our posting of the amendment on the Cambridgeshire Elocution website. If you do not agree to any change to these Terms, you must discontinue using the service.
